You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. Once received, the full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded.

Please note that return shipping costs from your home to our store are your responsibility. For exact rates, please consult the website of your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all provided accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
